Cardiff Metropolitan University is hosting a series of open days throughout the academic year in order to assist future students in their career choices. This event is focused on those interested to learn more about postgraduate qualifications offered at this university. On the day, participants will be able to tour the facilities and the campus, meet with academic staff and current students to get an insight of the student life, as well as get advice from student support teams regarding finance, accommodation, etc.

Open day events will provide an insight of the campus facilities and faculty departments, as well as detailed information about your preferred course.  Once you find open days, it is important to plan and take note of their itinerary, and then book the sessions which are the most relevant to you. Prepare beforehand by making a list of your questions, and then use any Q&A opportunity, most often at the end of the sessions, to learn as much as possible for your potential destination. Attend campus tours which are often guided by student ambassadors to get a real feel of the student life.
